Delivery and Returns

DELIVERY

On greetings cards that are in stock, orders are normally despatched within 1-2 working days.

Images printed on photographic paper are normally despatched within 7-10 working days.

Giclee prints are produced to order, and are normally despatched within 10-14 working days.

Please note that I am not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail whilst your order is in transit.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

You are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in 'as new' condition, you are responsible for any loss in value. 

Errors or omissions must be reported within 7 days of date of delivery.

Please note that there are no refunds or exchanges given on custom / bespoke orders. Should a bespoke order arrive defective, a replacement will be produced once the defective print has been returned.
